2. We were on a very loud floor with unsupervised children running and screaming at night, so the next morning we got breakfast for our family, which was nice; the hotel was full so we could not switch rooms.

3. The beds were comfy but the rooms are dated: old, smelly carpet, loud and dated A/C, 'new' bath towels were musty, and heavy cigarette/marijuana smell on non-smoking floors.

4. I would absolutely return to this hotel, as it is a bit away from the loud hustle and bustle of the french quarter/ bourbon street but still within walking distance.

5. The A/C in the room was NOT cooling enough (the hallway was cooler than my room ALWAYS --- I kept the black-out drapes closed the ENTIRE time --- not nice to feel like one is in a cave) AND the A/C was QUITE loud.
