1. The only complaint is that there is construction going on at the moment at the front of the hotel on the Loyola Ave side, so if you don't want to be woken up at 6AM, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

3. Not exactly set up for business traveler (outlets were not close to table) but that's the only minor complaint about the room.

4. Only complaint is that the 'free van service' to the Riverfront and French Quarter is limited to 11-12 people, leaves at the top of the hour only and early evening is so busy, not everyone can get aboard which means you wait 1 more hour and try to be first on.
