1. There are only four elevators, so we had heavy traffic during the day of the Bowl Game between the Ragin' Cajuns and SDSU; lack of elevators is the main drawback of this hotel; everyone has to use the same elevators, staff and guests.

2. During my most recent stay (March 7-8) during Mardi Gras 2011 I was absolutely appalled at the treatment by the staff, condition of the room, and a general lack of interest in providing guest services.
