4. I know a hotel can't help its location, but just beware that it's a bit spooky outside as the immediate area is pretty rundown, lots of vacant buildings and sidewalks all broken up.

6. Also, 2 out of the 3 mornings that we were there, there boiler was broken and had to be repaired, so you'd go to take a shower and there would be no hot water and you would have to wait for the boiler to be repaired.
