1. Bell services brought us the wrong luggage initially, but quickly made a correction and showed up with our things.

4. Only thing wrong with it was nothing to hang onto when taking shower (do you have to say your are handicapped to get a bathtub with non-slip coating and hand bar?) No free coffee in room.

8. Finally, one day I waited, evidently behind the wrong people, in the wrong spot, and the guy waited on people that just walked up first - completely ignoring us (the counter is not very long so there is no way he could have not noticed us).
