3. unfortunately the swimming pool was being repaired and the kids were a little disappointed - I had shown the pics of the rooftop pool and the Sazerac restaurant was closed both nights, once for a private function and the other night just closed, so can't comment on this restaurant.

5. He was unfortunately off shift by the time we left at night, but the next person was also very good and it took us no time at all to get all of our bags back and get a cab to the airport - it was the fastest turnaround time ever, from requesting our bags to getting into the taxi that he had called - we almost felt like celebrities getting whisked away via top priority service.

7. There are so many things to love about this hotel, but unfortunately one unprofessional hotel staffer ruined my night and next day by waking me at 5 am.

10. Some Waldorf-Astorias are definitely worth the money, but this, unfortunately, is not one of them.
