9. Being a Diamond memeber with Hilton and having received some of the best service at hotels in there company I was shocked that they would hire someone this poor at customer service to run there flag ship hotels.

10. Unfortunately, about 50 of my guests missed the first night's festivities because of the extremely poor treatment that the Roosevelt bestowed upon us and they managed to REALLY UPSET a pretty laid back bride and groom on the eve of their wedding weekend.
