5. Being a Diamond memeber with Hilton and having received some of the best service at hotels in there company I was shocked that they would hire someone this poor at customer service to run there flag ship hotels.

7. I wasn't shocked because I did my research, but the $42/night (w/tax) parking really is outrageous, especially since some guests were having problems with it (we saw one guy being charged hourly and being made to pay when he took the car out; they couldn't immediately find someone else's keys).

8. When I called to re-confirm the reservation I was shocked by the 1 double bed, so I asked about having a room with 2 double beds.
