1. At one point I had a small service issue with the room.

3. One of the mangers at the Roosevelt, Mark, told me that there was 'an electrical issue at the hotel' then proceeded to tell me that they had simply overbooked.

4. When we left, I also requested a later checkout and was accomodated without an issue - the service was as good if not better than any Four Seasons property where I have stayed.

5. We had some minor issues with the room type when we checked in but the front desk was very accomodating and found us a room to our satisfaction.

6. Not a problem really but you might get woken up by and be irritated that a Waldorf Astoria hasn't rectified this issue.

7. I did not report the issue as it really wasn't a big deal at all since we were just so happy to be there for Mardi Gras.

10. The only issue i had was with the bathroom- it's tiny - no surprise there- but why have a tv in a tiny bathroom when a makeup mirror would have been a more obvious choice.
