1. The third was there was one small and slow functioning elevator for the entire hotel.

2. only significant complaint would be with level of service, particularly in the restaurant - I think the largest issue was staffing level(very slow, very disorganized,etc) - lets be honest though, who goes to New Orleans to eat in the hotel?? Anyway, overall a solid 4 out of 5, close to the action and good value for the $.

4. The maid service was so slow we didn't get our room cleaned on Monday and I had to ask the maid for clean towels (it was 5pm and they still hadn't cleaned our room).

5. The Manager gave us free breakfast at the Hotel for the inconvenience and the staff there in the restaurant was very slow, so the Manager asked us to go out to a local restaurant and bring him back the receipt and he refunded us the money.

6. Check out with valet was little slow but for large volume at hotel during event services were excellent.

7. After these two little incidents, only wonderful things happened and we enjoyed new years eve at its max: delivered a fridge to our room upon request, free champagne glasses to drink in the room, free hotel check out till 5pm offered to us without asking, door opened while walking into the hotel, free internet (a little slow), etc.

8. If I had to say something negative about this place it would be that the valet parking is a little slow (no parking on site) and our room was a little noisy at night (we had noisy neighbors but not bad enough to call and complain about).

9. As I said, overall it was a great hotel and I wouldn't let the slow housekeeping stop me from booking there again.
