1. The bar is evidently not hotel owned, just available for use by the hotel patrons, which explains their lack of customer service.

5. The sitting room lacked furniture ( no sofa, table or lamp) & when I mentioned this to the front desk, was told that they hadn't finished the renovations in the rooms.

The beds lacked bed skirts, we had to ask for tissues, it took literally several minutes to get hot water and it had to be fixed the first night we were there, the sink did not want to drain, the maid left her gloves on the suitcase and they changed out the sofa while we were out without any notice which was just weird.
