1. The biggest inconvenience was there was no safe in the room which was surprising for a hotel of this grade but I understand they are in the process of installing these now.

3. Not much has changed there, they still have some minor inconveniences, elevator out of service, coffee maker did not work, etc.

4. The Manager gave us free breakfast at the Hotel for the inconvenience and the staff there in the restaurant was very slow, so the Manager asked us to go out to a local restaurant and bring him back the receipt and he refunded us the money.
