1. We have no complaints about our stay at the Bourbon Orleans and will stay again.
"Great Bourbon St. Hotel! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/21/2012 Vote
2. The only complaints were the charge for computer useage in the lobby ($6/15 min) but you could print boarding passes for free and there was wireless and there was no safe in the room.
"Location is perfect! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/16/2012 Vote
3. The townhouse room is HUGE and fantastic, the only complaint is that it can get a bit loud - from the outside street since it's near Bourbon Street as well as noises from the hall outside the room (the halls on the 3rd floor are marble, not carpet so any sound is magnified).
"Wonderful! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/13/2012 Vote
4. My only complaint was my room was 302 on the 3rd floor and there is no carpeting in these halls as they access one of the ball rooms, so you heard every footstep and conversation.
"Great Hotel and Convienent " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/12/2012 Vote
5. I've been to places where you maybe had more of a feeling of people really going out of their way to help, but we had no complaints.
"Perfect location in the French Quarter! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2012 Vote
6. Being a stone's throw away from Bourbon Street, I thought surely I'd get some complaints about the noise but I didn't get one complaint, all compliments on the hotel and location.
"Bourbon Orleans makes it "easy" in The Big Easy! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/8/2012 Vote
7. only significant complaint would be with level of service, particularly in the restaurant - I think the largest issue was staffing level(very slow, very disorganized, etc) - lets be honest though, who goes to New Orleans to eat in the hotel?? Anyway, overall a solid 4 out of 5, close to the action and good value for the $.
"Very good value - some improvements in service levels required.... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/12/2012 Vote
8. ', we went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, The manager we talked to was nice and apologetic, but still no resolution was offered, there was another lady there waiting to speak to him too with the same complaint.
"Location, Location, Location... that's about it. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/5/2011 Vote
9. My only complaint would be that breakfast should be provided or a little less pricey ($12 for a continental breakfast) and upwards from there for anything else, but there are several locations nearby that provide breakfast at reasonable price.
"Great Place to Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
10. We found the service good with free use of the computers in the lobby, the rooms were large and well furnished the only real complaint we had was that the carpets needed cleaning.
