The courtyard pool area would have been decent, if it was cleaner and the most
disturbing
aspect of our stay, was the manager guy who walked the halls smoking cigars with a broken-hipped dog.
"Not enough room for the money, dated decor and impersonal service. "

Maintenance personnel walking down the hallways early in the morning with the walkie talkies blaring - maids who knock on your door early in the morning to make up the rooms (there's no Do Not
disturb
" signs available - personnel at check out did not know what they were doing and had problems with understanding how to finalize the bill - wireless internet in the room did not work - phone in the room did not work.
