7. It was in an excellent location right on Bourbon Street, although some people might be disturbed by the noise outside on Bourbon Street, but earplugs blocked it out for me.

10. Maintenance personnel walking down the hallways early in the morning with the walkie talkies blaring - maids who knock on your door early in the morning to make up the rooms (there's no Do Not disturb" signs available - personnel at check out did not know what they were doing and had problems with understanding how to finalize the bill - wireless internet in the room did not work - phone in the room did not work.
