1. Would definitely stay there again; however, we hope they fix the following: the shower head is way to low for anyone over 5'4', a small fridge in the room would be nice, the pool needs to be heated with more chaise lounges (not enough seating overall) and we were disappointed in the bar - not open during the day and no pool service.

4. I was concerned after reading about the renovations that I would be disappointed with our choice of hotels, however, we were greeted with a free room upgrade and never even noticed that construction was happening during the seven days we were there.

A group of us with hotel rooms booked months ago were just informed that the hotel is cancelling all reservations due to 'unforseen renovation delays' Considering this is a weekend a few weeks away and all rooms in the French Quarter are booked, I am extremely disappointed in the management and their inability to deal with this and inform their customers in a timely manner.
