1. The next day, my wife complained to the manager who said he would look into it since the staff member's actions were 'against hotel policy.

5. Corridors could be a little noisy in the morning with maids, etc, but certainly not enough to worry or complain about.

8. All I have to say to those who complain about the street noise is that you should either request a pool side room or stay elsewhere.

9. If I had to say something negative about this place it would be that the valet parking is a little slow (no parking on site) and our room was a little noisy at night (we had noisy neighbors but not bad enough to call and complain about).

10. Can you believe it??? I went downstairs to complain and the lady at the reception desk was pretty nice and said she would tranfer me to another room and upgraded me to a better one.
