1. The bathroom was TERRIBLE.
"The bathroom was disguesting... among other things " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/16/2012 Vote
2. The rooms themselves are very small and in great need of renovation - the doors were cheap and looked terrible and the windows were completely sealed so there was no way to get fresh air into the room.
"Could have been better " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/27/2012 Vote
3. Had the rooms not been priced the way they were, I would probably not be as disappointed with the hotel, but the rooms were terrible, and the prices were very high.

4. Until finally one sweet young girl, a night manager (terrible I forget her name - I am so sorry) took some time with us and looked into how we could stay just one more night to finish up the conference.
"Turned Out OK " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/12/2012 Vote
5. If you dislike the way the stairwells smell (I did) and enjoy the ease of getting out of your car and going right up to your room, the extra 20$ you save isn't really that much, in the end - you will probably just spend it on terrible drinks on bourbon street in the long room, so treat yourself, eh?Honestly, after visiting, I think the way to go in New Orleans is to pick one of the B&B's or guest houses in the French Quarter/ Garden District - it would be a much more authentic visit.
"Great location and view, no ambiance and a little run down " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2012 Vote

8. There was a terrible leak from the ice machine on our floor, I reposted it to the front desk, and when we left 3 days later, the floor still had water that puddled around your feet when walked through.
"disappointing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/22/2011 Vote
9. Not to nit pick, but how can they charge for a bottle of water? It's New Orleans in the summer, would it be so terrible to offer a complimentary bottle? Seems like a good idea, especially given the heat and humidity in the cityAverage hotel, some great attributes, and some terrible.
"Good stay, with shades of grey " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/28/2011 Vote
10. Air conditioning in the room took forever to reach a comfortable temperature, and the bathroom lighting was terrible.
