4. We had Internet issues and every time we called they said that they would be fixed in five minutes, we did not get on the Internet for the entire stay(4days),I was told by the front desk that I can come down in the lobby and use the wifi.

7. I wrote back and said I didn't appreciate my feedback being blown off, and got a personal email from an employee that addressed an issue that I hadn't even mentioned, but said nothing about the problems I'd written to them about.

9. As Mardi Gras approached, wrist bands were issued and required to enter the hotel - this is a general practice in and near the French Quarter during Mardi Gras.
