1. We did receive intermittent Internet access problems in the room (blamed on renovations in the floors below), but they were responsive in getting it restored.

4. I don't totally understand the virtue of the system, but it was never a problem, except for the fleeting weird feeling of getting into an elevator with no buttons to push.

8. I wrote back and said I didn't appreciate my feedback being blown off, and got a personal email from an employee that addressed an issue that I hadn't even mentioned, but said nothing about the problems I'd written to them about.

9. On the second night we also had a problem with noisy guests next door, a family with excited children shouting until well after 10pm.
