1. The ice machine wasn't just broken for a day, but the ENTIRE 4 days I stayed it was broken and I don't believe they will bother to fix it at all.

3. To make matters worse, both phones in the room were broken, the shower head had a leak and sprayed water on the ceiling which then dripped on me while showering, and the plug to the hair blowdryer was completely cut off (maybe some angry housekeeper's act of revenge?).
