We were a little worried due to the hot-and-cold reviews this hotel received, but we found that most of the terrible reviews were not true-- they did offer room service (at least for breakfast) despite their restaurant being closed due to renovations (I can't believe some people would give a hotel 1 star largely due to the fact that the restaurant is under construction -- the hotel was up front and apologetic for this and offered a good list of nearby alternatives--what more can you ask for?).
