4. We had enjoyed the courtyard on two previous evenings, getting to meet other guests and just relax with a drink in the beautiful setting and was severly disappointed that this had been taken away without notice.

6. The only disappointment was that the hotel restaurant was closed for renovations, so there is only room serving in the AM for breakfast, which ended up being a good thing considering we loved the local food.

7. I was also very disappointed that of the 3 emails I sent to the hotel (two pre-arrival with questions, one post-departure in response to the 'How'd we do?' email) only one was even acknowledged.
