1. He assured me it would not be a problem - contacted the cleaning service people and asked for our room to be cleaned asap and took our cell phone number.

We waited 1h the car from the parking where the average pick up time is 20min, we should stay out of the room for an entire morning due to the cabling of the wifi; after the work they left the room dirty; the worst thing was that when we complained about these problems the reception guy was totally unconcerned and served us very badTotally unacceptable.

8. My only problem with this hotel is that we paid for valet parking in/out services and arrived at the hotel with an 8th tank of gas.
