3. My room was clean, the upholstery on the nice chairs is spotless, the toiletries smelled awesome and nothing was broken, chipped or lacking regarding infrastructure.

5. We're new to the Intercontinental chain but certainly know of the quality based on what we've heard in Chicago and San Francisco; but this property definitely lacks any quality.

6. I will say the hotel is in the business district so it does not have the New Orleans flare, its kind of like walking away from New Orleans into a more normal (for lack of a better word) setting.

10. We had a corner room on the 12th floor with a decent view but I would think most rooms from this hotel probably are lacking that because of the surrounding buildings.
