1. The rumble of the streetcars in the morning wasn't disturbing to me as it brings back nice memories of my mom taking me to Audubon Park on one when I was little.

3. Speaking of housekeeping, they did not enter our room for 2 days in a row, when we called Guest Services to inform them of this we got major attitude-'you must of had the do not disturb sign up' and were informed that there was no evening housekeeping shift so we were given towels and DIY instructions.

4. The only disturbance was on the first night in which the room adjacent to us must have had the alarm clock reset and it went off at midnight, but within minutes of calling the front desk this issue was addressed.

6. I've worked this job, there's no excuse for this level of disrespect to guests, and I know I would have lost my job if I had ever disturbed a guest to this unbelievable degree.

9. The restaurant from time to time (during daytime hours - no disturbing noise at night or early morning) had a live jazz trio which was like our own private concert as we sat on the chairs of our balcony.
