1. The room itself features stained carpets, chipped old furniture, an extra blanket that was pilled and (no kidding) had holes in it, and a tv remote that has the numbers and letters worn off.

2. Twice I ran down to the lounge for an extra drink late in the evening (Diet Coke - as I stayed up a few nights and worked late while the family slept) - I really appreciated they kept chips, sweets and drinks out late in the evening.

3. My room was clean, the upholstery on the nice chairs is spotless, the toiletries smelled awesome and nothing was broken, chipped or lacking regarding infrastructure.
