3. The room amenities were not good, with a very old and small TV and old furniture (not the nice, antique-old furniture but just the bad old type).

4. The sheets on the bed were not fitted (totally not acceptable - flat sheets fall off the bed easily), the bed had some sort of strange large mattress top that was not comfortable at all and felt more like an oversized, bad pillow than an actual mattress top.
