1. I did have an issue with the vent in the shower being open-looking and the dust, dirt, and cob webs being clearly visable.

3. The valet parking was very expensive ($30/day) and we did have issues getting our car a few times as we called down but the car wasn't ready when we came down.

4. Where I have an issue with this property is the old style tube tv, which is embarrassing in a so-called 4-star hotel.

5. The main issue with the stay was that the key to our room did not work and the staff refused to move us to a different room be cause apparently none were available.

8. The only real issue I have with the place is that for a 4 star hotel, and the prices of the rooms, Internet access should be free and having to pay $6 in order to print something (which you can't do from your room) is really ridiculous.

9. We do not travel with laptop, allows a true one on one time, so the wifi was not a issue.
