1. Not a terrible hotel, if we had got the basic room then it would be a 3 star but not in our case.

2. We got a suite to celebrate a three day weekend over New Year Eve, the hotel said that it had a mini bar in the room (No such bar), a lounge room (did but it was like down a small hall and only would be useful for someone with children or a large group), new big screen tv's (terrible picture, not HD, and had only like 12 channels), close to downtown (not really), and no additional charges (charged my card for a deposit and it still has not been placed back in my account).

3. This hotel suposse to be a 4-5 start hotel, the service is terrible, make sure you never ask for an early wakeup call as THEY DO NOT RING YOU, so you will miss your plane, when I approached front desk about this their answer was OK.

6. Even though it's about 15 minutes outside the heart of Nashville, it was still not a terrible location being close to the airport and the highway.

10. The service was ok but a little lacking when I stayed but i sent my mom a week later with my son & they had a terrible expierence with the LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
