if you remembered to bring your key, because you need your room key to operate the elevator.

There were two elevators for eleven floors of room, also no
big deal
but I can see it being a problem if, and when the hotel is full and busy.

but their is a big sign that sits in your face that says note it may take 5-10 days for a credit to apprear on your statement for incedential charge fees depending on your bank.
