6. No big deal but their is a big sign that sits in your face that says note it may take 5-10 days for a credit to apprear on your statement for incedential charge fees depending on your bank.

7. The sink was used not cleaned because its stainless steel sink and you can see white spots but i am not picky so no big deal.
