1. There is an ice machine on even numbered floors but a handful of them do not work, floor 8 ice machine not working, floor 6 ice machine not working, floor 4 ice machine, worked but again with the elevator issue this was very annoying-it took me close to an hour to get ice.

2. after waiting in line to get up to the room we usually had to go back down and have the keys reset, very annoying and this happened 8 times out of 10 that we attempted to get into the room.

4. Having to pay for wireless internet in the room was a little annoying for a nicer hotel.
