1. in the other room, the beds weren't as bad, but all 4 of them should have been replaced.

2. Looks cool from the outside and in the lobby, even the elevator has red cow hide panels, however when you exit the elevator you are greeted by drab dimly lit corridors and the guestrooms are just as bad.

6. The Elevator stunk really bad, the hall was dark and dreary with scratches and dings everywhere.

8. The 'You want it, you got it' phrase they tout in the rooms is appropriate only if you want mediocre to bad service.

9. I know fires are accidents but the fire dept did not attempt to clear out the top floor and when we got back to our room the 10th floor was still covered in smoke and our room smelled bad.

10. Take the elevator with the red carpeted walls to your floor and escape the feeling that you are in the bad horror movie.
