Now the bad stuff: extremely noisy air conditioning unit in room (kept us awake), very few tv channels, very hot in the hallways, our floor's ice machine was broken the entire four days, vending machines carry Coke products only (I drink Pepsi), no lunch hours at hotel restaurant, front desk staff not very knowledgeable about things like computer questions, $9 charge for internet access in the room.
