1. There is an ice machine on even numbered floors but a handful of them do not work, floor 8 ice machine not working, floor 6 ice machine not working, floor 4 ice machine, worked but again with the elevator issue this was very annoying-it took me close to an hour to get ice.

2. Keys were kept away from magnetic wallets and electronics, so I could not understand why this kept happening but it was not only us that experienced the issue there was also always a line at the desk with other guests having the same issue every time we had this happen.

5. We were happy with most everything, the friendly service at check in, extra effort from manager for check in issue, very clean rooms and bathrooms.
