1. -shuttle was 25 mins late- gave me the wrong wifi code TWICE-room was freezing-tv is old out of date-nice ppl work there-the room was nice but i was already in a crappy mood by the time I got there so didn't enjoy it.

3. If you do need anything or anything goes wrong, the night manager especially is arrogant, unrepsonsive and dismissive to needs of the customer.
