1. So where to begin:***The rooms are small***TV outdated (no HD) and few channel choices***No fridge/ microwave***No ability to open windows in room (no fresh air)***Internet is painfully slow, so good luck if you're trying to actually accomplish work via the internet***You need your room key to go anywhere in the hotel: elevator, laundry, gym, pool.

2. Front desk and bell staff were excellent - really welcoming, just what you want after a long journey followed by a very slow queue at Immigration.

3. The restaurant staff was pretty slow, even when i was only there,you ordered breakfast,as you were eating the cerial they would bring out the cooked food,and that happened to everyone,not very good.

4. this is just another tired out airport hotel, slightly better than others in this price range but I would never pay over $150internet is still glacially slow and they try to sell you movies to watch on a 20 year old CRT screenthe drivers and bellboys all congregate at the entrance blocking access in and out of the hotel, I actually had to say 'excuse me' the drivers and bellboys expect a tip even when the shuttle in no way was meeting their 30 minute schedule, I waited much longer.

5. They have wifi, but it's very slow, still it's free and we appreciated that.

6. Old school tv's as well, internet was ridiculously slow and couldn't even get 4g on my cell phone if I was within 3 meters of the hotel, like I said ok experience, but not for the price and especially not for a crowne plaza.

7. Very slow Internet, crappy room service which tacks on $20 surcharge per order, no one speaks English, freezing cold pool, moldy and smelly hot tub, crap sauna with a door that doesn't close and airplanes constantly flying over your room.
