1. The first night was a disaster - we were originally booked in a room on the second floor, which overlooked some machinery on the first floor that made a loud buzzing sound.

This hotel looked good on the website, unfortunately it was all show and no go in the critically important areas like; the room I constantly had a loud droaning noise coming from the airconding duct and I couldn't sleep without earplugs, low shower water pressure with no hot water in morning, no fridge, no electric jug, not worth the $194 including taxes I paid for this tarted up one star hotel.

7. We booked a room on the 'executive/club level' which was located in a quiet zone, which promised no kids, large groups and encouraged guests to not slam their doors or be very loud.
