1. The first issue came when we went to use the hot tub/spa facility and found a sign on a locked door stating that in anticipation of future renovations the spa was closed? The second issue was the service in the morning.

6. I called downstairs to obtain another room, and the front desk clerk was very unapologetic and it did not seem like she cared about the cleanliness issue.

7. I returned to the front desk next morning with other guests who had had the same problem with the man and the coupons were issued without further delay.

8. Of course being close to the airport means that the noise of aeroplanes can be an issue although the windows were triple glazed.

9. mentioned our issues when checking out and really got no reaction from the front desk other to say 'we're sorry' even though with the missed wake up we should have been compensated for one night (their stated policy).
