1. I found the 2 staff members on duty that I dealt with rude, not interested and told me to contact the main reservations centre as they did not want to deal with my reservation.

5. In the morning tried to book a transfer to port with rude & unco-operative concierge who was more interested in his mobile phone that his hotel guests.

6. The night manager is particularly arrogant and dismissive and just downright rude and pretends to help while he totally ignores the problem = then gets even ruder when approached again after 35 minutes of patiently waiting.

7. This hotel is like a fast food chain on the freeway- fine if you are passing through, and you prob wont be back so who cares if your order is correct- Many of my collegues have similar stories to mine about the rudeness and arrogance and just plain disregard for anyone who has any needs outside of the canned here is your room style.

8. I was kept waiting 35 minutes while he pretended to solve a problem, put it on someone else, and then prevaricated, was rude and dismissive of my needs.
