1. The overall appearance of the room is not bad but just not Crown Plaza standards-appeared a little dated.

2. He was less responsive than the front the desk lady about the incident, and seemed to care little that I had been trying to get to my room for more than 20 min and that I walked back and forth, up and down and up gain with a bad back and pulling my luggage in carpet.

4. They told me they have a free shuttle service to the nearby Dolphin Mall the bad part is the hotel is completely non-smoking hotel.

7. We travel quite a bit and don't expect much from airport hotels, however, when we checked into our first room, not only was the night manager 'aloof', our first room smelled, and I mean Nevada Motel 6 bad.
