4. After approx 30mins got key to room and on entering found some other poor people in there in bed.

5. I stayed 5 days and used the restuarant for breakfast every day and can report they achieved poor service every day, I had to ask for coffee on several occassions and twice had to remind them, I was even served poached eggs on toast without the eggs.
