I stayed here in twice, once in a junior suite; Very good size suite, (and I was able to get it using a point streecher - For HHonnors members : I have not seen another hotel that offers this in the Miami area, the only drawback is the breakfast, muffin and orange juice worst than a Hampton Inn) Evrything was very nice.

10. Should we begin with the ants on the ceiling? Or how about the fact that the room had virtually no light?Or the fact that the rooms were not available well after check in time - for just about everyone checking in - even those people who came at 10pm?What about the bellmen that couldn't find out luggage - or the ones that didn't want to carry it up to our rooms?Or the 'sticky stuff' on the bathroom floor?Perhaps worst of all was the rudeness of the front desk staff - their lies, smirks and nastiness was just unbelievable.
