8. The room we finally received was poorly maintained - cupboards had broken lamps hidden in them, fittings were missing from walls, the laminate floor had chips missing from them, the windows showed signs of damp penetration and there were broken chairs on the terrace.

I complained(balcony really dirty, cigarrette butts in the ashtray left by a previous guest, coffe maker used by a previous guest and obviously not cleaned, the security box broken,etc) but nobody listened to me ,it was like if they already knew and dont care about it, I think this hotel deserves to be a one star hotel and the price for a night is too expensive for the really poor service guests receive, all I was sorry about? I had already payed for my stay.
