2. It was a slow leak and we just wanted to sleep(we also figured they didn't have any more rooms, and they were really slow to do anything) so we told them in the morning, and they responded annoyed, 'did you tell anyone last night?' No, you overbooked, so there probably wasn't another room and i didn't want workers bothering us in our room.

3. We booked a few months in advance and called a day before to confirm but when we got there they overbooked.
