8. I may add that so far the conversation with the Front Desk people were not very pleasant, as they seem to be very annoyed and bothered by us showing up and the room not beeing ready, as if it was our fault.

It was a slow leak and we just wanted to sleep(we also figured they didn't have any more rooms, and they were really slow to do anything) so we told them in the morning, and they responded annoyed, 'did you tell anyone last night?' No, you overbooked, so there probably wasn't another room and i didn't want workers bothering us in our room.
