1. With the exception of some of the ridiculous charges for items within the room and services in the hotel, we enjoyed our stay and were glad to be in an area with some things going on.

8. since when does that constitute an emergency? And as sorry as i am for those people, why did they get my room? The real quesiton is, whey wasnt' the front desk staff more concerned and prepared for the fact that i was coming in? The whole scene was ridiculous.
