7. cocktails: they are OK - average and pricey (but that's the bassis here so I am not complaining)- Outdated: everything is old so when they provide you with a printer.

8. This hotel has very nice employees especially the valet guys-front desk when complained about the uncleanliness, appeased me and yet the standard of clean was not met.

9. As a promotion campaign, I received an access to the Priority Club with a free breakfast, snacks&drinks and computer access, for me and my colleague, so I cannot complain.

10. People complain about the location - well, unless you stay on South Beach (either way too expensive or really bad hotels), this is the next best thing in my opinion.
