1. After promising me that having to make a separate reservation for the couple extra days would not be an inconvenience, they locked me out of my room partway through my stay, told me I had to pay for the 1st reservation before reactivating my room key, overcharged me, then acted like I was inconveniencing THEM when I asked for a refund on the difference.
