3. I was here for seven days for a business conference and I would have to say the customer service was BAD, from when we arrived and our bags were put in the wrong room to the dis interested reception staff everything was a little toooo much trouble.

5. The quality of this so called 5 star hotel is not up to par, extremely deceiving from the outside, because once you go to the rooms it is something else, and the attention from the personnel is just as bad.

7. Unfortunately as most american hotels, the windows do not open and as the fresh air cannot come inside the bad smell gets worse and worse.
