After promising me that having to make a separate reservation for the couple extra days would not be an inconvenience, they locked me out of my room partway through my stay, told me I had to pay for the 1st reservation before reactivating my room key, overcharged me, then acted like I was inconveniencing THEM when I asked for a refund on the difference.

5. Not only was I inconveniently locked out of my room, but they never even bothered to tell me that I would be required to pay for my 1st reservation part way through my stay.

6. Transport by trains and buses are a little inconvenient (time consuming) so we hired a car for a few days so we could explore the city and beyond.
